A 21 day weightloss program that’s perfect for jump starting your weight loss! Workouts can be done at home or at a gym! Each workout should be completed within 30- 40mins but please go at your own pace! Just finish it! This program will require one set of dumbbells. The weight for each person is different! I recommend at-least 8lbs.

You’ll also receive a printable fitness journal that’ll help keep you on track and be more intentional about your journey! 

Each exercise has its own video demonstration! The app can be downloaded from your App Store. 

Meal Guide/ Meal Ideas included! You do not have to be plant based to follow this program! This program is beginner friendly!
