1-on-1 (Limited Availability)

This package is for 10 1-on-1 sessions! Each session is 45-55 minutes. Training location is near City Centre area. All sessions need to be completed within 30 days of your first session! No call/No show results in that session being forfeited. If rescheduling is needed please reschedule atleast 3 hours prior to your session or it will be forfeited. This package only includes personal training… for nutritional counseling, grocery store— food label reading etc., see other packages.
